Ten challenging bodyweight only workouts

Here are a few challenges for all of you to try out. Please try them out and feel free to comment on how it went for you.

  1. Burpee madness
    • Do 100 Burpees in a short a time as possible. Post your time in the comments section.
  2. Push-up & squat medley
    • Do 100 push-ups and 100 squats as fast as you can. Post your time .
  3. Burpee/squat/push-up challenge
    • Do 50 burpees/100 push-ups and 150 squats in a short a time as possible. Feel free to mix and match the reps- for example can do 5/10/15 burps,push-ups and squats respectively in 10 sets.
  4. Explosive circuit
    • 100 jumping squats( Squat with a jump as you come up),
    • 100 clapping press-ups
    • Again you can do these in reps and sets as you please, example 10 jumping squats and 10 clapping press-ups
  5. Sprints, push-ups and pullups
    • Do 10 push-ups
    • Sprint 50 m
    • Do 5 pullups
    • Repeat 10 times
  6. Every minute on the minute
    • 5 Burpees, 10 squats, 15 jumping jacks
    • Do the above every minute on the minute for 15 minutes
  7. Animal workout
  8. Whole body tension
    • 5 pull-ups
    • 10 dips
    • 15 squats
    • Repeat 10 times
  9. Let it stop
    • 10 burpees
    • 20 push-ups
    • 30 squats
    • Repeat 5-10 times
  10. Stairs
    • Find a set of stairs outside- at-least 20-30 steps
    • 10 burpees at bottom
    • Sprint up stairs
    • 20 push-ups at top
    • Walk back down
    • Repeat 10 times
    • Lie down and have a vomit bowel handy.
